So in an effort to not suck at running at the end of my triathlons I have started getting up at 620 and running before work.  So far I am doing it MWF and have done it monday and wednesday.  It definitely is not fun but then again most things that are worth it are not fun.  I did 1.7 on monday and 2.4 today.  I am hoping for over 3 on friday but we shall see.

Hockey tonight.  Playing one of the top teams in the round robin first set up of the playoffs.  So we shall see how it goes.  I think we are already out of contention cause we have a loss and an overtime loss.  So 1 point from 2 games is probably not going to get us there.
